For fabrication of electronic devices based on all-printed processes, first we wired electrodes by SuPR-NaP technique, which enables ultrafine printed electrodes on polymer “Cytop” with relatively rapid and simple processes. On the structure of printed electrodes and Cytop, we formed thin-film of small-molecule organic semiconductor, which contributes to excellent electric characteristics, by solution processes, and fabricated bottom-contact transistors. Investigating coating and material condition, we successfully obtained single-domain and uniform semiconductor thin-film on channel region composed of Cytop (water-repellent polymer), and obtained semiconductor film showed stable transistor characteristics with negligible hysteresis.
