[7p-A405-12] Enhancement of inverse photoelectron cross section by surface plasmon resonance

Keywords:surface plasmon, inverse photoelectron spectroscopy, organic semiconductor

Inverse photoelectron spectroscopy is an ideal technique to examine the conduction band of semiconductors in principle. However, the signal intensity of IPES is so low that the actual experiment has been difficult. We successfully achieved a factor of 19 enhancement in the signal intensity by combining the surface plasmon resonance of Ag nano particle with low-energy inverse photoelectron spectroscopy which is our original technique developed in 2012.
