[7p-A414-17] Relaxation phenomena in electroluminescence of Ca0.6Sr0.4TiO3:Pr thin films

Inorganic electroluminescent devices of thin film of Ca0.6Sr0.4TiO3:Pr oxide phosphor were prepared by spin-coating and firing method. The electric and electroluminescent properties depend on the polarization direction. Especially, we found interesting relaxation phenomena that the electic current decreased but the luminacne increased with increasing time. In the presentation, we will discuss the reason of the irelaxation phenomena.
