[7p-A504-14] Antireflection of organic solar cells using surface nanostructure and high-refractive-index glass

We propose an antireflection system to improve the performance of organic solar cells. The proposed system integrates the hybrid antireflection structure, which combines the surface nanotexture (moth-eye texture) and multi-layer interference coating, with a high-refractive-index glass substrate. We examine the effectiveness of the device by using the optical simulation based on the characteristic matrix method as well as experiment.
