We report on the change of permittivity due to carrier-lattice interaction evaluated using time-resolved microwave spectroscopy. We focus on representative dielectric materials: barium titanate and strontium titanate. Further, the mechanism is discussed based on the ion substitution effects in Sn-based organic-inorganic perovskite.
