We describe the history of our nanocarbon devices development such as carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and graphene. First Application is the development of AFM cantilever using ultrafine characteristics of CNTs to make small devices. Using also the same feature of CNT, ultra low operation of field emitter device was realized. Using CNTs as channels we developed the room temperature operation of single electron device, resonant tunneling device, and biosensor. Also following the experience of CNT biosensor, we developed the world first graphene biosensor. In our talk, we will show you its prospects for practical application.
