[7p-C16-10] [INVITED] Structure Control of Epitaxial Graphene and its perspective

To connect ideal atomic layer, graphene with the peculiar electronic structure with next-generation electronics application, it is expected to create functions by control a novel structure. We have clarified the formation mechanism, interface structure with the SiC substrate and function control of nano-graphene by the periodic surface step structure mainly using transmission electron microscopy. It will be introduce theose results and its perspective.
