We have been investigated adiabatic quantum-flux-parametron (AQFP) as extremely energy-efficiency superconductor logic, the dynamic energy dissipation of which can be considerably reduced by switching Josephson junctions adiabatically. In order to pursuit of possibility to build up the large-scale computing systems by using superconductive circuits, we designed and measured the AQFP yield evaluation circuit including 90k Josephson junctions.
