Optical force acting on nano particles has captured great interest. However, it is difficult to analyze based on the direct position measurement of the optically trapped nanoparticle because of relatively large Brownian fluctuation. We have been developing the novel optical force measurement method for optical torque acting on nanoparticles using the micro machinne "micro platform".
