△ [8a-A405-2] Enhanced terahertz radiation from InAs in internal ring cavity

With the progress of the recent terahertz techniqe, some methods of high efficient terahertz radiation are reported. However, those methods usually need large and expensive amplified laser systems. Therefore we propose to apply enhanced cavity techniques to terahertz radiation using low power laser. We designed and constructed internal ring cavity with InAs terahertz emitter, and demonstrated enhanced terahertz radiation transmitted outside the cavity whose length was the same as the laser cavity length.
