Electro-optic (EO) polymers have attracted significant attention as highly efficient and utrabroadband terahertz-wave generating and detecting materials. In this study, we aimed to improve the generation efficiency of terahertz wave from the devices using the EO polymers and fabricated the novel devices consisting of the EO polymer waveguide and terahertz-wave loss-less materials.
