Since three-dimensional perovskite compounds exhibit wide range of light absorption and long carrier diffusion length, they are applied to solar cells as a light absorber. In this study, we synthesized various perovskite materials using novel amines to identify the effect of size and polarity of organic cations on the structures and stabilities. Novel amines such as imidazole, acetamidine, and guanidine, were introduced to lead iodide based organic-inorganic perovskites. The phase transition properties of the perovskites were influenced by the properties of organic amines.
