We tried to make flat, highly crystalline with large graine size FA_1-xCs_xPbI₃ thin films by using two kinds of additives 1-cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidone (CHP) and thiosemicarbazide (TSC) without using the antisolvent method. In CHP alone, the grain size was several hundred nanometers, but in CHP: TSC two additives, a highly crystalline thin film having a maximum grain diameter of 2000 nm was obtained
