Orientation controlled (K,Na)NbO3 was prepared below 240 oC by hydrothermal method. Ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties were almost the same with those prepared by conventional film preparation method. This method can be prepared orientation controlled films above 100 micron in thickness that open the possibility of novel applications.
