[8a-A504-2] Low temperature preparation of orientation-controlled (K,Na)NbO₃
by hydrothermal method and its properties

Orientation controlled (K,Na)NbO₃ was prepared below 240 ^oC by hydrothermal method. Ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties were almost the same with those prepared by conventional film preparation method. This method can be prepared orientation controlled films above 100 micron in thickness that open the possibility of novel applications.
