(Bi,Sm)FeO3はペロブスカイト構造のAサイトの組成比を変化させることで結晶相が変化する材料であり、結晶構造は室温においてRhombohedral強誘電体相(R3c)からPbZrO3型に類似した反強誘電体相の混相を経てOrthorhombic常誘電体(Pnma)に変化する。ミクロな圧電性は反強誘電相への相転移組成エッジで約240 pm/Vの最大値を示す。本発表ではPFMにて圧電性を詳細に調査したのでその結果について議論する。
