We propose a compact, inexpensive, imprintable optical technology SOT (Silicone OpticalTechnology) that positively utilizing polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and we are studying basic technology of integrated optical system that can provide on-demand on-site manufacturing. In this report, we focusing on the wavelengths of 260 nm and 280 nm that can be used for DNA sample evaluation and developing ultraviolet transmissive scatterer in a new method with spectroscopic mechanism.
