[8a-PA3-11] Time Domain Reflectometry on Organic MIS Capacitor for Time-resolved Analysis of Carrier Injection

We propose time domain reflectometry to measure the carrier injection process of organic semiconductor transistor . In this method, a rectangular wave is sent to the sample and the instantaneous impedance is obtained from the waveform of the reflected wave. We simulated the equivalent circuit of the organic MIS capacitor with the carrier injection depth as a parameter. And we discussed the carrier injection dynamics by comparing simulation with the experimental results.
