Printed electronics is expected for the mass production of flexible electronics devices. However, all of printing processes inevitably cause an emission of organic solvents and their vapor, which results in heavy load against environment. Therefore, we studied toner type printing to form an organic semiconductor thin film without organic solvent. In this work, we discuss improvements of resolution and efficiency in toner type patterning.
