[8a-PA3-24] Fabrication of OFET Array on Curved Surface for Tactile Sense

Curved surface device that included 88 OFETs were fabricated with thermal molding. We detected mechanical strain distribution when normal displacement was applied on the surface of the curved surface device. Robot fingers that equip tactile sense is expected by detecting the strain distribution induced by touching against an object.
