△ [8p-A402-12] Measurement of peptide by surface-assisted laser desorption / ionization mass spectrometry using carbon nanowalls
Keywords:surface assisted lasre desorption ionization mass spectrometry, carbon nanowall, peptide
Mass spectrometry (MS) is an effective tool that can analyze multiple biomolecules in tissue simultaneously. In this study, the signal of tetrapeptide Gly-Gly-Tyr-Arg (GGYR) which has a relatively large molecular weight was measured by using the surface-assisted laser desorption / ionization mass spectrometry using carbon nanowalls (CNWs) as a surface support material. We succeeded in detecting fragment signal of GGYR.In addition, mixing the GGYR with the organic matrix (α - CHCA) improved the signal sensitivity of the fragment.
