We fabricated a waveplate array of nanograting structures inside a silica glass plate by femtosecond laser direct writing, and applied the waveplate array to a polarization imaging camera. Because the non-uniformity of retaradance and transmission in a waveplate array fabricated by fs laser processing prevents the conventional polarization analysis, we proposed generalized analytical method that can obtain polarization states regardless of non-uniformity of waveplates and poor adjustment. We will show the design of a waveplate array that decreases the analytical error and demonstrated realtime polarization imaging with the waveplate array.
