我々が開発してきたガルバノ走査型PLD 装置の有用性の検証とより複雑な構造をもった薄膜への応用可能性を検討することを目的として、ターゲット打ち分け比を製膜中に任意に変える必要がある傾斜組成薄膜の作製を試みた。具体的には、揮発しやすいBiを含むBi_1-xSm_xFeO₃ (BSFO)を対象として、主に組成傾斜方向と結晶構造の関係について調査した。
