Keywords:perovskite solar cells, hysteresis, transient phenomena

Transient current was analyzed for organolead halide perovskite solar cells in order to elucidate the mechanism of hysteresis phenomena. We found that the hysteresis cannot be fully eliminated only by adjusting the scan speed, and also, the time constant of the transient current depends on the scan speed. Although the hysteresis can be represented by first order response, the parameters should include scan speed and scan direction dependences.
