Keywords:Siver nanoparticle ink, Gravure offset printing

A newly developed silver nanoparticle ink for use in gravure offset printing has been prepared though the thermal decomposition reaction of silver oxalate. The viscosity of the silver nanoparticle ink was about 1.0Pa・s. The resistivity of silver thin-films made of the ink was estimated to be 49 µΩcm by sintering at 150 °C for 1 hour. In addition, we have tried the patterning of fine lines with 20 µm in width using the combination of the ink and the gravure offset printing.
