Keywords:NV center, diamond

NV centers in diamond have excellent electronic spin characteristics and are expected to be applied to the probe of quantum sensing based on photodetection pulse magnetic resonance. For one molecule detection, it is necessary to arrange a high quality NV center close to the target molecule. In this presentation, I will present the regular array formation of shallow single NV centers by electron beam lithography and nitrogen ion implantation at low energy, and detection of surface hydrogen nuclear spin by XY-8 measurement.
