For handling enormous data, computing machines which can solve optimization problem efficiently under large variables and constraint equation, is noticed. We focused attention on Bio-inspired computing and built out Electronic Amoeba solution search system using electronic circuit. By means of this system, we succeeded in solving Satisfiability problem(SAT) which is one of the most popular combinatorial optimization problem. We present the evaluating and analyzing results about the relationship between fluctuation which is necessary for Electronic Amoeba solution search system and its efficiency.
