Keywords:surface plasmon polariton (SPP), femtosecond laser, nanofocusing

Aluminum is expected to be able to excite surface plasmon polariton (SPP) which strongly confines and guides on the metal-dielectric interface in the visible and ultraviolet regions. To realize SPP pulse nanofocusing at 400 nm and 800 nm, we used an Aluminum tapered tip with a grating structure.
