Plasmon nanofocusing offers an ideal nano-optical measurement in near-field optical microscopy. However, fabrication of plasmonic tips for plasmon nanofocusing has not been well-investigated. In this research, we report our fabrication method of plasmonic tips for highly efficient plasmon nanofocusing, which achieved 100% reproducibility in the excitation of plasmon nanofocusing.
