Keywords:polymerase chain reaction, SNPs

A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is one base differ of a gene, and it cause of each individual difference. Allele-specific Polymerase Chine Reaction (PCR) method is used to determine the SNP by the presence or absence of gene amplification. We investigated in here the SNP typing using PCR under low concetration of total ion (up to 15 mM).Development of the PCR under the low ion PCR condition.
