The luminance degradation curve of the organic light emitting diode (OLED) has been fitted using stretched-exponential decay (SED) function. However, SED function can’t be applied to the analysis of elementary reactions cause degradation of OLED, because the dispersion coefficient is included in equation of SED function and the obtained equation of luminance degradation curves have no meaning in reaction kinetics. Therefore, we analyzed the luminance degradation curve with the combined-exponential decay (CED) function that expressed only by the linear combination of the exponential terms without using the dispersion coefficient.
