[14p-303-14] Fabrication and Performance of Tandem Organic Solar Cells Using MoO₃ / Mg Cathode Buffer Layer

Tandem organic solar cells using MoO₃ / Mg cathode buffer layer were fabricated and their performance was examined. It was found that the MoO₃ / Mg cathode buffer layer reduces the voltage losses at the interlayer and suppresses the deterioration of fill factors.
