[14p-303-17] Validation of the opposed two-diode model for photocell with S-shaped curve by using low-light characteristics

S-shaped current-voltage curves frequently found in organic thin-film photocell s can be reproduced by the opposed 2-diode model. This model consists of a normal 1-diode model for photocell and a subsurcuit comprising a diode with a shunt resistance. Although it is believed that the latter part denotes some defects in the photocell such as those at interfaces, the validity of the separation of the functions did not seem to be examined so far. In this study, the validity has been examined by using low-light characteristics.
