Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have attracted attension as a themoelectric device due to the low thermal conductivity. With an introduction of large organic components, the material can form layered structure with inorganic and organic layers. We herein report the preparation and thermal conductivity of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thin film.
