To identify gas species using chemical sensors, it is necessary to control the flow rate of a sample gas. In this study, we have developed a new analysis method for gas identification based on the relationship between inputs and outputs: a gas flow sequence and sensing signals. This method makes it possible to extract signal features which are identical to gas species regardless of the gas flow sequence.
