原子ステップc面サファイア(α-Al₂O₃(001))基板上のGe(111)薄膜成長を検討し、Geの低温成長と高温成長を組み合わせる2段階成長により結晶性が向上することを報告した。本報告では、低温成長したGe薄膜の結晶性がその後の高温処理から受ける影響を検討した。
