[14p-B5-6] Columnar-shaped β-Ga₂O₃ Crystal Growth by Edge-defined, Film-fed Growth Technique

We are studying a growth technique of β-Ga₂O₃ crystals by edge-defined, film-fed growth (EFG) method. In this presentation,we will introduce the result that columnar-shaped, 20mm diameter
crystals are successfully grown by using Ir crucible and die in a CO₂ gas atmosphere.
