Among a variety of metal-oxide explore for ReRAM application, anodic porous alumina is one of the most promising materials.
In order to control the formation of porous alumina, in this study, we report the magnetic-field-assisted anodization of Al, and demonstrate that the formation of porous were restrained by a magnetic field during anodization.
