[14p-F202-6] Forward- and Backward-Scattering Resonances and Optical Spectra of Single-Layer Metasurfaces of Semiconductors

We report unconventional resonant optical responses of single-layer metasurfaces made of Si, which has refractive index of 3.4 at wavelengths longer than 800 nm. Although the metasurfaces comprise quite transparent Si, they exhibit interesting properticies such as stop band of transmission.
