Keywords:organic Field Effect Transistor, organic Acid Molecule, chelate

An extended-gate type organic transistor was applied to a sensing device as a biosensor for organic acid molecules such as citric acid and malic acid. When citric acid was injected to the sensor surface with chelate molecules, shifts of transistor characteristics were observed. Thus, we can detect the organic acid using organic transistor.
