▲ [14p-P10-3] Superconducting properties of the Nb/(In, Fe)As/Nb junctions under magnetic fields

We have studied superconducting junctions using an n-type ferromagnetic semiconductor (In,Fe)As. We have succeeded in fabricating several junctions which exhibit the zero-resistance state at 60 mK without external magnetic fields, indicating proximity induced supercurrent in the (In,Fe)As. The critical currents show hysteretic and unexpected field dependence attributable to magnetism of (In,Fe)As.
