We investigated the current-induced domain wall motion (CIDWM) in Pt(3 nm)/Tb-Co(4 nm)/Ta (4 nm)/Tb-Co (4 nm)/Pt (3 nm) wire for multi-level race track memory. The wire was fabricated by sputtering and electron beam lithography. The upper and lower Tb-Co layers have different Tb compositions. The hysteresis loop of hall voltage in the wire has two loops corresponding to upper and lower Tb-Co layer. We found that the hall voltage has 4 level corresponding to magnetization directions in upper and lower Tb-Co layers. We successfully observed the CIDWM in upper and lower Tb-Co layers. We also observed longitudinal in-plane magnetic field dependence of CIDWM in the upper and lower Tb-Co layers. It clearly indicated the domain wall velocities are linearly proportional to in-plane magnetic field. This result indicates that the driving force of the CIDWM in the wire is attributed to spin hall effect and Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction.
