▲ [14p-P10-32] Temperature dependence of current-induced effective fields in Pt/GdFeCo

We investigate the temperature dependence of spin orbit effective field across the magnetic compensation temperature of the heavy metal/ferrimagnet bilayer system. The damping-like effective fields are increased as the temperature goes near TM. However, the field-like effective fields are negligible and comparable to Oersted field at all temperature ranges. According to conventional spin torque theory, we suggest that this enhancement is mainly due to reduction of total magnetization.
