[14p-P10-47] Magnetic property and photo-induced magnetization dynamics in Co/Pd multilayers prepared by RF and DC sputtering

We compared the magnetic property and photo-induced magnetization dynamics in Co/Pd multilayers prepared by RF and DC sputtering. We obtained high uniformity of interface on multilayer with thin Co layer fabricated by RF sputtering. We consider that the RF sputtering has advantage on control of magnetic anisotropy in order to investigate the relation between the anisotropy and precession more than DC one.
