[14p-P10-85] Spin Seebeck effect in inverse structure of GGG/Pt/YIG layers

For the purpose of fabricating the multi-layer of [Pt/YIG]n, we started the spin Seebeck effect (SSE) elements of GGG subst./Pt/YIG by sputtering in inverse order of the conventional layers of GGG subst./YIG/Pt. The SSE voltage of this sample was obtained clearly at room temperature, though its ferromagnetic resonance spectrum had the multi-peak.. Moreover, the SSE voltage of the sample added Pt layer on the top, GGG subst./Pt/YIG/Pt, increased to 1.8 times.
