[14p-P4-24] Hydrophilization of graphite by advanced oxidation process

Hydrophilization of graphite was demonstrated by an advanced oxidation process (AOP) using ozone and hydrogen peroxide. Chemical and structural properties of the graphite were measured by fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and raman spectroscopy. From the spectra of FT-IR and raman, hydrophilization of graphite is done by OH without making a defect.
