[14p-P4-43] Fabrication of curved graphene by thermal CVD method using metal nanoparticles

In this study, we prepared curved graphene by thermal CVD method using metal nanoparticles as a catalist. The SEM image of the substrate surface after the thermal CVD process show that the metal nanoparticles were aggregated on the substrate. In the Raman spectroscopy, the peak considered to be 2D band of graphene was observed. The details of these results will be explained.
