[14p-P4-55] Impact of charge transfer and coulomb scattering on current conduction caused by CO2 molecules physisorbed onto graphene
Keywords:Graphene gas sensor, CO2 gas sensing, Coulomb scattering
Graphene devices were fabricated and characterized in the CO2 gas environment. As applying the back gate voltage under the CO2 gas environment, the drain current was measured. The observation of the dirac point shift in the gate characteristics could be attributed to the Coulomb scattering caused by CO2 gas molecule adsorption onto the graphene surface. Further discussion and low frequency noise characteristics will be presented.
