For fabricating organic thin film transistors (OTFT) by all printed processes, we have reported the development of SuPR-NaP technique, which makes it possible to print high-definition silver electrodes easily, fast and widely. In our research, using silver electrodes printed by SuPR-NaP technique, we have tried fabricating OTFT with high-resolution electrodes and low voltage operation. By making channel length short peculiar to SuPR-NaP technique, and making thickness of insulating polymer thin, we have observed operation of OTFT for 1 voltage or less.
