Magnetic field effects observed in various organic devices, abbreviated as OME, are of great scientific interest because of their large magnetoresistance (MR) up to 10% at room temperature and under small magnetic fields of approximately 10 mT without ferromagnetic contacts [1]. In this work, we studied the effect of traps on OME of sexithiophene devices by impedance spectroscopy. Two types of trap were introduced by electrical stressing and by doping with pentacene molecule. The results show that these traps caused different effects on OME of sexithiophene devices, which is further discussed based on the impedance spectroscopy data.
