Keywords:Flexible film, Surface strain, Bending behavior

In recent years, flexible devices composed of soft materials have been focused. Three-dimensional deformation of the devices provides new applications. On the other hand, deformation mechanism of flexible materials remains unexplored. Recently, we have developed strain analysis method that enables quantitative measurement of surface strain. In this study, polymer films labelled with PDMS periodic structure were fabricated, and measured surface strain of bending polymer films.
